Personalized 4-week Training Plans: A personalized, detailed training plan with a self-directed approach, this is a popular service for 'virtual/'on-line' clients and when considering a general fitness regimen or a sport-specific training plan for an event or longer-term goal.
Individual Personal Coaching Sessions: If working more self-paced is your thing and is better for your busy schedule, Personal Coaching sessions are available to provide guidance and consulting to be sure you're on the right path. During the Personal Coaching session, we will discuss your fitness and wellness goals, time-bound objectives, nutrition, and talk through some common obstacles and limiters. Or if you need some specific, hands-on guidance during your exercise routine, a Personal Coaching session can show you how to be more effective in your routine to maximize your time training in any environment.

Phone/Skype Consultations: This is a very time- and cost-effective way to tap into expertise that can guide your program in the right direction or to start the discussion about goals and program design based on your objectives and experience in fitness.
